Get Started:
You must be enrolled in DIGITAL BANKING to begin using the First United Mobile App. If you currently use our DIGITAL BANKING app, click UPDATE and your App will automatically update with the new platform. You will then be able to login to DIGITAL BANKING using your existing login credentials. New DIGITAL BANKING users must download the App and follow the instructions to enroll in DIGITAL BANKING. The best bank. I’ve been with online banks, and other In Town banks but First United has been the best. Least amount of issues and keeps my money safe and easy communication, Always. Opened this account when I was 17 and plan to keep it the rest of my life! ❤️

This app used to work really well without being all glitchy and taking forever to open. Now with the new update I have to wait quite a long time ( with full LTE service) for it to even open up. And WHEN it does finally open, it’s slow. Love the fact that I don’t have to drive to the bank to deposit my checks and can check account activity from anywhere but let me do it now not ten minutes from now when I’m busy with something else! Developers please fix this!!!

The only thing I like about the new version is that it has Face ID and I don’t have to enter my password every time. Transferring money and making a deposit is still easy. This new version takes forever to load and it doesn’t show you the full description of what you paid for. You click on it for details and it still won’t show you. On the old version I knew exactly what my money was spent on but this one I have to open it up on the computer to look and see what a change was.
New update not as user friendly

They just updated this app to “have a better digital banking experience “. However, one major issue is now you can’t manage your actual debit card if you lose it or it gets stolen. I have had to temporarily inactivate my card before because I lost it. Once I found it, I as able to reactivate it and didn’t have to get a new card, call, or physically go to the bank to do this. I can’t find this option ANYWHERE in this app version. Fix It!!!!!
