You get what you pay for

Super easy to open an account but man everything else runs like molasses. When you try to chat you talk to a robot. When you call them you talk to a person that acts like a robot. You send a transfer and it takes almost 2 weeks to arrive which makes you go into a panic. Then on a Monday at 7am it arrives. Why couldn’t it have arrived on Friday to save me from another anxiety ridden weekend? You try to pay a bill and it takes 24 hrs to find out if your request to raise your daily limit to pay that bill is accepted, because it is more than your daily allowance. Then you get a ok to pay that bill only to find out they accepted your request but gave you the wrong amount by 27 cents. Another 24 hrs to wait for them to hopefully add those 27 cents. What?? So odd. I appreciate the security but some common sense would save me some time, hair and wrinkles. Maybe if you aren’t a basic digital account customer they might treat you better.

Used to be great, now it’s just frustrating

I’ve been a long-time user and used to love the simplicity and efficiency of the Inter app. But lately, it’s become more annoying than helpful. The constant notifications are overwhelming—and even when you disable them, it takes 15 days for the change to take effect. Why? And every time the app updates, the notifications come back like nothing happened, forcing you into another 15-day wait.It feels like the app is no longer focused on banking. There’s a marketplace, insurance, and even betting options now—it’s turning into a digital shopping mall. The core banking experience is getting buried under all the noise. I’m seriously considering moving my money elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not use Inter aka USEND if you need to send money to Mexico. They took over $1000 from my account after canceling transaction. The same day they canceled transaction is the same day they took my funds. They told me to wait 5 business days and they would refund my account. It is now past the 5 business days and they have not refunded are are now asking for my bank statements to “send to a special team”. They do not want to refund me. When they were USEND they were trust worthy but now they seem like a scamming company and are canceling transaction within hours but still pulling the funds from your bank account AFTER CANCELATION. Please look for another company! Don’t be scammed!
