I love Namshi so much, I’m an influencer and I only recommend Namshi to all my friends and family and even to my followers! Been using Namshi since a long time and I stay loyal to it! Absolutely love the quality of all my purchases. The delivery is so fast and on time! I’m a huge Namshi fan and would surely recommend everyone to shop on the app, the app is so nice , the photos of the products are so clear and the quality is always just WOW. Anytime I shop online I always choose Namshi! So much love❤️ trust me on this one!

Aramex is the courier they choose to use to KSA & these people are the LAZIEST! •Indian guy says he quits delivery and goes home at 3pm when everything, including Aramex, closes down at 7pm (during the phase out of lockdown)•Saudi guy never answers his phone or delivers and my husband has to clear across town to go pick up a package for delivery. (Pretty much it’s because my Husband isn’t Saudi...let’s just call a spade a spade) I have bought close to 9000 SAR worth of items in the last couple of weeks and still have to fight to get my package. I will not be ordering any more from your company due to this issue.The delivery is half of a customer’s experience...use another delivery service please.Update: someone contacted me from Namshi because of this review but it took me right back to the site that I already used to file TWO tickets of complaint. I have spent a great deal of money and would have continued to do so but I can not and will not continue to invest in this company if you can’t properly deliver the item. Namshi is better than Aramex. Give us, the consumer, the option of getting items delivered via UPS, Noon etc. I’d much rather have choices for delivery and even pay more for the delivery if it means a hastle free experience. Aramex is an unprofessional choice. Lazy and unprofessional people should not be Namshi’s go-to as a representation and, in part, an extension to the business. It makes your company look like garbage when you have incompetent halfwits in charge of delivery.

This review is based on my two experiences in summer 2018. Namahi has a wide range of brands. Quality is excellent and I believe it’s genuine, the website is user-friendly and everything seems smooth until shipping starts. Namshi partnered with Aramex. Aramex is synonymous of slow, unnecessarily complicated shipping company. I bought stuff to take with me to the US and was promised to have them delivered within two weeks. Two weeks passed, I travelled and my stuff wasn't delivered yet. I tried to cancel the shipment a few days before my flight and of course Namshi refused. I was supposed to wait until it was delivered and then return it if I didn’t want it. Really? How could it be possible to do that if I was already gone?! Why the promise to deliver within two weeks max if Namshi can’t live up to their promises. That was last year. I will only order from Namshi if I am super flexible with delivery time.

Edit: I did get a response to my message but it was entirely unintelligent and assumed that I can’t read the minimum for free shipping, hence I have thought of the lousy customer service i’ve received over the years. Plus the none existing tracking they offer which means I have to leave the app and search online for my order’s whereabouts. Not to mention the number of items that I received that were not matching the description because I would order shoes and get earrings instead. The search bar that resets a million times on its own and glitches as well. And the sub-bar search that cannot ever be detailed neither to search for an item in brand name or in color. So yeah, perhaps a star has fallen down and burnt to its inevitable death so I granted it here for my Namshi review although mere ashes would suffice in this context.
