I’ve used Tixr a bunch of times now for concerts and comedy shows and honestly it's just super easy to use. Buying tickets is quick, the app is clean, and everything's in one place which I really appreciate.One of my favorite things is the waitlist. I couldn’t get tickets to a show at first but joined the waitlist and ended up getting in a couple days later without having to constantly check. Big win.Check-in was fast too. Just opened the app and the ticket was right there ready to scan. No digging through emails or anything.Way smoother than other ticket apps I’ve used. Definitely sticking with Tixr.

I know I’ve read that people weren’t happy with Customer Service but my personal experience was a very pleasant one. I got locked out of my account and forgot what email was used to purchase tickets one week to the event date. I had purchased them back in June 25 and 1 week to the November show I couldn’t recover them or get into my account. Customer Service worked with me to identify my email address use with the tickets purchased. With just a screenshot of the venue info and sone info validation they were able to help me recover my tickets and enter my account. You guys are awesome thank you so much!

Tixr has a very intuitive interface. It is easy to find my tickets and add them to my phone’s wallet. The app is also very quick. Certain other apps would timeout or have to sign-in multiple times.

I posted a negative review of the Tixr app and received a totally unsatisfactory response from the developer. In my original review, I noted that I had purchased a ticket for an event which was cancelled - and then was blocked from using the app when I simply sought a refund for the cancelled ticket. I contacted my bank as requested and the bank noted that the Tixr app was at fault - and the Tixr developer noted that they could not reinstate my account (which they certainly could)! To block patrons from using the app when events are cancelled - or not at least review the account and reinstate it when the event has been canceled and fraud is not occurring - is inappropriate at best and ineffective at worst. Needless to say, the app could easily and readily reinstate accounts when it is clearly confirmed that no fraud has taken place.
