Been using the app in conjunction with Workbench. We love the ability to step away from our computers and still be able to monitor our wireless gear from anywhere within our network range. We recently upgraded our 14 channels of UHF-R to Axient Digital and love it even more. However, our old UHF-R is still in the app inventory and there is no obvious way on how to delete these units. We wonder if it could be because we assigned static IPs and those IPs are still being held by our router? We will no longer be using them due to the FCC Frequency sale. If someone could tell us how to delete old inventory from the app that would be great. Thanks!
Developer Response
Hi! So glad to hear you’re enjoying the freedom of mobility that Channels provides. Clearing the app inventory of offline channels is simple, although admittedly a bit tough to discover. Simply swipe down while in the Channels list – all offline devices will be removed. Hope this helps!
Not for audio professionals

I’ve been waiting on a true iOS workbench app for years and when I saw this I was truly excited. After testing I wish I could revert to the old app that was simply a monitor. The new app layout is neither a great monitor app nor is it a great frequency coordination app. It feels like what garage band is to ProTools by a factor of 10. Please someone tell me I’m wrong but I could not add items to inventory that are not “on network”, there was no where to see any frequency plot info to make adjustments, no way to work with inclusion or exclusion groups, and the list goes on. Truly a big let down. I live a couple miles from Shure headquarters and love the company and use their wireless exclusively but this…..no.
UR support
SamSpencer
It’s frustrating that you’ve dropped all support for the Shure UR packs. We still have a good mix of URs with the new ULXD and now my A2 can only monitor the newer mics. I understand the need for support to focus on the newer products but legacy support is important too, especially for software. It doesn’t seem too difficult to at least still allow monitoring of legacy products. I’d be more than appreciative if this could be something added to a future update.
Bring back UHFR support
UHFR bummer
I wish this app could still monitor the UHFR stuff. Hate having to carry around a laptop
We are constantly working to improve our app to give you a better experience. Every update contains bug fixes and general enhancements. This update also includes:
