It was great experience for me to use my phone to connect with my doctor on video ! Wow! I love it!

It's very easy to use patient portal app for EHR. With this app it's easy to navigate through health information.

2nd time I cannot connect. Had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment to be scheduled again. I’m looking for a new doctor. 😠

It crashes and crashes. You forced us to update to this version and it crashes. My credentials are no longer good, when the app doesn’t crash, and my doctor has been having a hell of a time contacting a human being that works at this company. It is all AI, and he can’t make it understand that the app crashes on Apple devices.I just spoke with my doctor and he said that he would contact you guys and ask you to call me. I think he can get in but he is on an android and one of his other patients can get in, but I don’t have an android I can use and this app isn’t working on two iPads and two iPhones. Also, he tells me that you refuse to allow calls from patients and that you refuse to call patients, that’s no good. You should call me because I am the one affected. My doctor does not how technical things work, we, the patients and users, are the ones that have to use this inferior programming. And it doesn’t work it doesn’t log me in. It tells me that my credentials are wrong, and then when my credentials are accepted the app crashes and crashes and crashes and crashes and crashes, and then crashes some more.The previous version were fine when this unnecessary update was released you forced us to update even on my devices where the app worked fineAlso, the website associated with the app doesn’t log me in and goes to a website that doesn’t load. It redirects to a site that doesn’t work!You people don’t understand that this is sometimes the only way that we have of contacting our doctors and making appointments and I have been locked out for two days ever since I was forced to install this updateCan you please fix this as soon as possible? Also, you don’t really have a way to contact you to tell you that this isn’t working. I had to make a report through Apple.
