Is CxAlloy a perfect product? In my opinion, no, but we’re talking about a very complex system that it accomplishes well and almost always without issue. The iOS app is brilliant I wholeheartedly give it a perfect rating because their support is top notch, responding usually in a matter of minutes, and worst case a couple of hours. I’m still learning tips and tricks every day but I do enjoy being able to utilize the iOS app on iPhone and an iPad while also on a web version on my work laptop and everything on all 3 devices (with a little patience) is updated.

CxAlloy is hands down the best app for documenting, tracking and generally staying on top of quality assurance on building construction projects. Designed for commissioning it’s uses go far beyond that. The user interface is intuitive and elegantly designed. The system is designed with the user in mind, minimizing clicks to navigate and making it easy to share observations with other team members.

New update broke app syncing on iPad and iPhone. It says to update I already have. I’ve reinstalled etc doesn’t work. Please check issues before you issue update this is critical for our project.Update: issue was quickly resolved by support and fixed. Updated rating.
