Extremely disappointed with the quality of customer service, currently.For few years, I have chose Flynas as my chosen carrier for internal travel. However, (although it is understandable with the COVId19) recently it has become frustrating not to be able to reach (phone nor location) anyone at flynas to solve any glitch!!

The app made some improvements but it still has a few issues:1. The boarding pass works for me now but I can’t save it to my iPhone wallet. So, I still have to take a snapshot of the screen to use at the airport. 2. Both the site and the app have an issue with a perfectly functional Credit Card. I had to use an overseas credit card to finish my purchase which resulted in 10% sir-charge fees. The local credit card has no issues and I have been using it perfectly anywhere outside of FlyNas app and website. 3. Possible data integration issue here on backend of the website. If you use the website to obtain your boarding pass for one leg of your trip, you can’t use the app for checking on the app.

I am with Flynas and their customer service.I had a confirmed booking from Amman to Jeddah (flight XY554) scheduled to depart at 22:35. Without any proper solution or consultation, the airline rescheduled my flight to 16:00, which is more than 6 hours earlier and completely disrupts my travel plans.I immediately contacted Flynas customer service to find a solution—either a flight closer to my original time or proper accommodation if they move me to the next day. Unfortunately, no one has responded, and there is no clear support from the airline despite this being a change initiated by them.Changing a passenger’s schedule so drastically and then failing to respond to customer inquiries is unacceptable. Travelers rely on airlines to respect their time and provide support when changes happen.I sincerely hope Flynas resolves this issue quickly, because the current level of customer service is extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards.

I really don’t understand why a successful airline like flynas doesn’t pay attention and fix their app. The app is not user friendly. Hangs out frequently. With all respect if your app is as bad as this then I wonder if your test of service will be any better.
