This app is a life saver. If you’re ever in a life or death situation where you’re between bringing up a Salesforce lead and certain doom, this is the app that will save you in the nick of time! Cirrus Insight pulls up your leads and contacts much faster and gives you the important, need-to-know kind of info quickly, without fail! There’s also email tracking, which is crazy awesome when you wanna see who’s opening that really important email about that really important phone call and how many times they’ve opened it and questioned your sanity over a lunch meeting on a Friday. One of my favorite features is the ability to make and log a call straight from a record inside the app. No more are the days of struggling (and endlessly scrolling) through SF1 after a lengthy call and becoming so completely irate that I forget any and all details by the time I can properly create the event on the record. Now I just hit a button, make the call, and put in any important information after the call is over. All-in-all, Cirrus Insight is a beautiful constructed piece of art work for any and all working in the Salesforce world. I highly recommend it!

The capabilities of Cirrus insight are wonderful, and the integration in Gmail is pretty good, but this app is quite a bummer. I’m writing this review on the device I use CI on - an 11” ipad pro (2018) For one, you can’t sort the email tracking, so to find out if someone opened the emails you need to scroll to the bottom EVERY TIME. What? Also, you can’t modify the fonts in any part of the email. Any pro organization has brand standards and you need to be able to adjust to those. Finally, consider that people spend hours in these apps and that they should be a pleasant - not antiquated - design experience. For anyone who uses Cirrus to work in a creative field, the design and cumbersome nature of the app makes it a broken deal.

This app can be a huge time saver for serious SF users but the company needs to improve upon fixing the bugs. The iPhone app was the more stable of the two apps I use - the other is the Outlook Add on - but as of this morning, I cant get the app to load as it continually crashes. The Outlook add on is finicky too but when working, is extremely helpful.

This app is not optimized for iPhone X, is extremely buggy, and is nowhere near up to the usual standard for Cirrus. There are too many bugs to list here, but how about the fact that editing text results in a lack of spaces between words at the end of a line. In our increasingly mobile-focused world, it is near embarrassing that this is what Cirrus offers to paying customers. In a word, without a major update the app is unusable.
