Jugnoo is the best

This is a great app. I used this first time with some apprehension but quickly discovered its versatility. Love the driver call back feature as one can explain the exact location even if different from auto load. The fare is no more a mystery. You can see your driver on the map and best is the route of travel. No more fear of getting cheated. This a must have app in India for anyone.

I am glad that I came across this app! It’s like my travel partner for lifelong! I totally like the service which is so affordable with great coupons provided by them on daily bases. I had trouble but you guys jumped on it and resolved it within minutes! Customer care knows the value of there customerWill recommend to everyone

Drivers who don’t want to go for ride accept the ride and then they’ll not call n not move at all. When you call, they’ll ask Paytm or cash. If you say Paytm then forget it .. driver won’t come and he won’t cancel the ride. Jugnoo should cancel tie ups with such drivers. Experienced many times. Drivers are rude.. Location : Mysore Freq of use : twice a day Frustration all the time.
