This app is very simple and allows the users to take photos of bills, invoices, and submit. It’s very useful, has a quick interface with the insurers, who in turn process claims relatively quickly. The benefits guide is very helpful. The only suggestion I have is to allow the user to upload photos from their own photo gallery rather than having to take a picture each time. All-in-all, I highly recommend this app.

I love the invoice submission portal. Insurance is quick to process my claims once I have submitted them through this app. Sometimes there are glitches but they are usually quick to be resolved. The one frustrating experience I have had is that when I submitted a claim to be processed and the color changed to indicate a status change, it specified that more information was needed. Well, at this point I had submitted too many claims to know which invoice this request referred to. I have to call customer service to ask them to look at my records to see for which claim more information is being asked, as this information is not accessible on the app. Definitely a chore. Otherwise, great idea and conception.

The app is well designed and overall very useful. Submitting claims works, but the process can sometimes feel a little confusing—it could be made more straightforward and leaner. Even with that, the app provides essential functionality that I appreciate and use regularly.One feature that would be particularly valuable is Apple Wallet support for the membership card. Having the card directly available in Apple Wallet would make access much more seamless and convenient.I hope this suggestion helps the team continue improving what is already a solid and helpful app.

It is great that we can generate our insurance membership card into a pdf. However, it would be progressive and even better to have an option to generate this membership card into Apple Wallet. This will be even more convenient! Thank you!
