This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included. Fixed freeze bug after viewing keyboard controls while in-game.

Fixed bug where torpedo targeting line would wobble in Challenge and Tutorial modes.

• Fixed bug where shelled convoy ships (hit or near miss) would sometimes report incorrect player position to escorts (who would then race excitedly off to the completely wrong place). • Cleared leaderboards (due to difficulty change from above bug fix). • Improved ship LOD switching.

• Random Mission: Convoys will always have at least 3 transports (no more single-escort missions!) • Random Mission: Convoys will never be angled further than 90 degrees from player.

Bug fix for a crash on extremely long Patrols.

Sped up saving convoy data; as a result, ship names are no longer shown in Patrol summaries. Escorts can no longer shell you if you are hidden behind a transport. Checks to see if you actually made the leaderboard before asking if you want to post high score. When inside a "convoy spotted" circle: 1) encounter comes much more quickly. 2) Guarantee larger convoy and better whale odds. Added loading screen. Versioned leaderboards. Tightened up all ship bounding boxes to reduce “hovering fires” effect. Patrol Mode Redesigned: 1) Removed 30-day time limit 2) Slowed time passage 3) Added fuel gauge/consumption. Fuel consumed while moving; 10% consumption while stationary. 4) Resupply also refuels (25% of capacity). 5) Fuel range radius displayed as red ring on map. 6) Warn player when fuel is below range to base + 10%. 7) Reduced chance (10%) of convoy encounter when stationary. 8) Return to base = patrol end. 9) Run out of fuel = Roll for rescue, with better odds the closer you are to base. Bug fix: Detonated torpedoes that haven’t yet despawned can no longer be spotted.

Targeted ship's chart view marker and tracking info now disappear when ship leaves perception range. Retracted periscope can no longer be damaged by enemy ship collisions when sub is at 10 meters or below.
