My go to for balance, would love to see it on Apple Watch.

I’ve been using this app for about 2 years and love it. Sometimes 2-3 times a day, It’s easy to use and for me effective. Glad there are no subscriptions or complexities and for me very effective for everyday or more cerebral meditations. I have looked at other mediation apps and found them more cluttered than anything and costly.The new update looks great and glad not much changed; that being said I would love to see it Apple Watch and I feel that even making a buy on for the 8-12 Chakras. I realize not everyone uses the 12 Chakra method but for those that do this would be perfect. I would even pay for the Apple Watch add on. There are not many meditation apps for Apple Watch and those that are suffer from the previous problems of cost and complexity. Just the sounds and icon/colors of the Chakras & timer would be perfect to me the same peace on mind would be beneficial.I have recommended this app to anyone asking about mediations and still do. Thank you for his perfect app. Really looking forward to anything added on. Great work!

Best mediation app ever

Stream line, YES!Effective, YES!So far this is the most simple version of any mediation app out there and is professionally made for sure, its design is sleek and easy to use, for those that hate to think or be mindful, I your looking to find bliss and quick, it's right here for sure... Would I add anything, No!Would I like to add something, YES!If I was part of the crew that develops this app, I would add a gong chime option to the bell, something deeper, something that isn't to shocking between the transitions of each chakra, a sound that is pleasuring, not shocking, maybe something.... Close to each base sound of each chakra, like a smart chime that's different for each chakra.... Low tones for the lower and higher for the higher.

The app is great and useful for someone with a busy schedule and just has a few minutes in between hectic hours to relax and meditate. However, there are a few things that would be great if they were added. This app probably isn't the best for a beginner who doesn't know how to meditate or properly understand how to meditate on each chakra (i.e "do I sit here?" "Do I close my eyes?" "Where am I supposed to focus?" Etc.) so maybe having an option for guided meditation would be nice. I would also like to see more flexibility on the timer. Being able to pause and pick up where you left off would be nice to have instead of starting over I would go for either that or having the option to block phone calls. I know the app blocks texts but Ive gotten a phone call in the middle of my meditation and I couldn't pause the timer or pick up where I left off. So either having the option with more flexibility on the timer or blocking phone calls would be helpful. Other than that, this app is wonderful and relaxing, instantly putting you into a productive mood after the meditation is complete.

I live the app! The design is streamlined and very straight forward. There are a few things I would add to echo the UI and perhaps make the practitioner's experience better. 1. Once the timer for each chakra is set, the chakra icon would have a circle timer around the chakra symbol. Perhaps corresponding to each chakra color. 2. Being able to select the number of chimes before, during and ending the meditation. Or no chimes at all. 3. This suggestion is related to the second. Cross-fade the music when leaving one chakra to the other. Currently it's abrupt and a bit jarring while in the midst of your meditation. Outside of those suggestions, I think you did a pretty good job with this app. I hope you read and take these ideas to heart. Keep up the good work.
