Problem in new update in iPhone

Doesn’t display account number from drop down while try to perform any fund transfer (both intra bank and inter bank fund transfer, bKash transfer)When dark mode is ON in iPhone, account statement is not visible

Dear Sir, this app doesn't support Dark theme in this version, it'll be added in the next release. For this version please use light theme. We are trying to release that version soon.Thank you so much.

OTP Flexibility & Deposit Closure Options

The MTB Neo mobile app is excellent. To enhance security and improve user convenience, I strongly recommend adding an option to choose how the One-Time Password (OTP) is delivered. Specifically, the ability to receive it via both registered mobile number and email, or to select one of the two methods. Additionally, there should be an option in the app to request closure of deposit schemes, either upon maturity or premature closure. This feature is a standard in modern banking apps and would make transactions much more flexible and secure. I eagerly look forward to this improvement in a future update
