So close to perfect

I have one BIG thing and one small thing that keeps this from a perfect rating.The BIG being: it’s pretty ridiculous they haven’t implemented a customize build option. I only have the first big bit of territory opened up a couple weeks in and rearranging my buildings around and changing roads is virtually impossible at this point. They offer a storage section which you have to start using gems to broaden but even then I can only hold 6-7 buildings and I easily have 50+ on the map. They should implement a customize option that allows you to place or remove buildings in an edit mode so it’s quick and easy instead of holding down on buildings and place them down somewhere else to replace it with another building which you can’t even do if you don’t have a bunch of spare open space. I like that there’s a storage option to hold extra buildings but that is in no way a suitable island editing option and it DESPERATELY needs one.The small thing is they have a right side menu that’s up on the screen at all times. It makes the screen look way too busy and cuts off some much view on the island. I think they should make a tab bar that allows you to open and close the offer section and maybe just add an exclamation mark on the tab when new things arrive.Other than that, the game is awesome and I love it

People, think about how many hours you spend playing this game. Then think about how much money you spend on it. It works out WAY cheaper than going to the movies; buying new books; etc. etc. The company that created this game IS NOT a charity. Of COURSE they created this game to earn money. Duh.I have played this game on and off for years. You are right, you do have to spend money to complete the big quests. So what?! The US$10-$20 you might spend a month is nothing compared to how many hours of enjoyment you can get from this game. The cost per hour is super low.No, I do not work for the developers. I am just a guy that understands that nothing is free. I’ll bet most of you don’t hesitate to drop $4 for a coffee that you drink in 10 minutes but god forbid you have to spend money on a game you spend hours on.

Errors Crystals and energy

This last week every time I go to use my crystals to purchase smoothies it says the cost is six crystals and you receive for smoothies to trade with tourists. I double tap to confirm it takes it out of my crystals and then it doesn’t give me the smoothies I tried it again it said it was 14 crystals for seven smoothies I tried it again it came out of my account and took the last of my crystals I had left and never gave me the smoothies to trade with the tourist. Also on destroying the ridge when needing to get 500 energy completed, I used crystals to buy those giant energy balls (almost 300 crystals for the cost) and I was only two energy away from 500 energy. I applied the super charger and it showed I only had 2 energy left needed. I did other tasks and went back to Destroy the ridge to use the 2 energy that accumulated and when I clicked on add the energy it now shows I only have 44 energy out of 500 completed! even though I purchased the energy ball with crystals successfully and it showed I only had 2 left to add. I am very frustrated by this because I’ve been playing this game since the original Paradise Island came out and I finally am doing well in the game and now all my crystals are gone none of the energy to complete the task happened despite purchasing it and applying it and none of the smoothies I bought which the gems were taken out of the account, were given to me. Very upsetting

Good game, some bugs

I've played long enough now to give a proper review. Like the title says, this is a good game, but there are issues and bugs that need to be dealt with.I've noticed two major bugs. The first one is random from what I can tell. Sometimes when you watch an ad, you don't get the promised award. The game goes into an endless waiting period, so you're forced to either cancel the operation or close the game and try again later. The second bug is during the speedboat mini-game. If you're playing it and you're phone brings up a message (like: you have 20% power remaining) the mini-game does not pause and generally you lose because you crash. Please look into and fix these bugs.The main gaming issue I have is how dependent on real money the game is if you want to progress quickly. I was given a 3 day challenge quest, and I found out it is a actually impossible to complete in 3 days without spending real money. I'm on my 6th day now for that quest, and I still have a lot to do. Please don't be issuing impossible challenges.If you can make these changes, I'll be happy to give a better star rating.
