We were late and had trouble finding our location before meeting our driver, Rasheed. Both he and the person on the phone for LeCab were so kind and patient with us as we did not speak French and we're struggling to find our meet up location with the driver...and we had a 1 yr old baby with us. We would highly recommend this service! Our vehicle was spotless and they had a car seat for the baby. The driver was great!

This maybe a good app unfortunately I had no chance to try it because it requires a credit card. And when entering the details the process does not go through. I spent the last hour trying, but it didn’t work. Hope that gets fixed. Another thing is that there’s a minimum fee of €25-30 for all sedan or van drives. Not sure if that’s too awesome. I’d say it’s NOT awesome. So if you are traveling a long distance say from Cergy to CDG. Then it’s more or less the same as a regular cab. Otherwise, for Closer commute it would be cheaper to take a regular cab. in the mean time there are other apps that worked like a charm, I’m all set.

Enters meet time correctly but displays time 7 hours later on the “Order” button. Try message to driver and screen freezes; can’t get back to schedule page. Same with entering second passenger. To the can before use!

Does not accept credit cards

In order to use the service, you need a credit card but the app does not accept one. It makes the app useless. Now all I get is spam emails with no gain. I know of one another person who had the same issue and spoke to their support team who seemed clueless.
