We’ve taught our KrisFlyer sync to speak human. If you’re a Registered User without a matching KrisFlyer account, you’ll now get a clear heads-up — no more vague prompts or wondering why it didn’t work. The Passenger Details screen may look familiar, but it’s running on a new engine. We’ve rebuilt what’s under the hood to make things smoother and faster, even if you can’t quite see it. And of course, we fixed bugs. Because what’s a release without a little spring cleaning?

Good news! You can now retrieve, manage, and check in for your redemption bookings right from the app. Because award flights should be as fuss-free as your regular ones.

We’ve trimmed down the Passenger Details screen for these routes so you can zip through checkout faster. • We’ve upgraded the notification banner on your Home Screen. Now it’s not just about new versions! We can also give you a heads-up on things like scheduled maintenance and other useful updates. • We’ve temporarily removed address info from your KrisFlyer profile while we work on making it more useful during bookings. It’ll be back - smarter and better. • We squashed a few bugs that might’ve made paying in multiple currencies a bit confusing. Things should feel a lot clearer now.
