If you’re a Registered User without a matching KrisFlyer account, you’ll now get a clear heads-up — no more vague prompts or wondering why it didn’t work. The Passenger Details screen may look familiar, but it’s running on a new engine. We’ve rebuilt what’s under the hood to make things smoother and faster, even if you can’t quite see it. And of course, we fixed bugs. Because what’s a release without a little spring cleaning?

Good news! You can now retrieve, manage, and check in for your redemption bookings right from the app. Because award flights should be as fuss-free as your regular ones.
