The SingaporeAir app offers you greater travel convenience from booking to boarding and beyond.
From the user experience to the personalised features, everything has been designed to be fast, intuitive and delightful to use.
More features will be progressively added in future updates of the SingaporeAir app, but here are some of the key functions you can enjoy now:
1. EXPLORE, BE INSPIRED AND GET THE LATEST DEALS ON THE GO
Get inspired to travel with our new city guides to the destinations we fly to. Browse fare deals to your favourite destinations, and share them with friends and family. Planning your next getaway has never been easier.
2. SEARCH, BOOK AND MANAGE YOUR FLIGHTS
With a faster and more full-featured interface, it’s much easier to book your next adventure or view details on your upcoming and past trips. You can now also use your miles, AliPay, or PayPal to reserve your flight, preferred seats, insurance and much more. After a few taps and swipes, you’ll be ready to sit back and relax.
3. SKIP THE CHECK-IN QUEUES
Breeze through the airport by checking in on your mobile for yourself and anyone else on the same booking. And to make it even simpler, you can download your mobile boarding pass to Apple Wallet and view it anytime.
4. MANAGE YOUR KRISFLYER ACCOUNT
Keep your important information close to you. Just log in once, and you’ll be able to track your KrisFlyer miles balance, transactions and PPS Value easily. PPS Club members can also connect to customer service representatives via PPS Connect*.
5. EXPERIENCE THE FUTURE OF FLYING
Find out what's playing on our award-winning KrisWorld inflight entertainment system, and create your personal play list on your iPhone or iPad. Lean back and launch your favourite movies, directly from your own phone/tablet, or view your flight’s path and progress**.

Very slow. Need to re enter multiple items
The app is very slow to respond. When waiting for pop up windows you give up and two again only to have it pop up and close immediately due to the second tap. Even though entered when booked and for first boarding pass, passport and emergency contact information had to be re-entered. Finally after entering emergency contact info again, you get to a check box offering to pull info from first contact.
New App still does not work
I’m at Changi airport, Singapore, using WiFi@Changi waiting in a long Immigration queue. This app will not allow me to make a simple flight booking from SIN for next week. Someone please explain to me how SQ can put my expensive passenger planes in the air but they cannot offer an app that works?

What does this app do?
Update Jun 2017: Tried to check in and this App still fails! Used the browser on my iPhone and check in was easy. But the App? Still too complicated for SQ to. AKR an App that works.
June 2016: Checking in for a flight should be the easiest thing that an App does, right? Not when it comes to SQ. This really is the most tech-challenged airline on earth.
Something about SQ. The have one of the best in-flight crew in the world. They fly out of the world's best airport but when it comes to the very modern idea of being Internet accessible they are severely challenged. Their website was comical. Then they relaunched it only to have a disaster on their hands.
You wonder if a company that can't build an App or run a website should be allowed to put aircraft into the skies.

The UX design for this app is horrible. You’re better off just booking your flight directly from your laptop and not this app
Very slow to respond. Though you are asked for your login credentials with in the app, when booking flights it redirects you to the website where you are asked AGAIN for login credentials. This is a hackers dream, a ‘redirect’. I would definitely NOT store my credit card or passport information with in this app.
Very disappointed with Singapore, I would expect one of the best airlines, best customer experience to have one of the best apps providing one of the best user experiences.
