This app offers something very unique and badly needed....the ability to search for specific building numbers on U.S. military installations (and subsequently get directions to them via smartphone mapping apps). Unfortunately, the app only provides this service for about 15 of the numerous military installations around the world. Please add more, App Developers :-) ! Aside from this one unique feature, the app doesn’t offer much new content...mostly links to various parts of the relevant garrison/installation websites. The building number search feature is killer, though...just needs to expand to more locations!

I use this app to locate obscure buildings and out of the way building numbers during emergencies. GuidenOn has consistently been more accurate than other map apps, especially on installations where standard maps fall short.Lately, however, fullscreen mobile game ads have started appearing during searches. These ads interrupt navigation and delay access to critical location information. I understand the need for ads, but fullscreen interruptions that prevent immediate access to a building address are not appropriate for an app used in time sensitive situations.This app has become an excellent tool, but its reliability is being undermined by intrusive advertising. Please consider limiting ads during active searches or offering an ad free option or something. When users are trying to locate a building quickly, speed and accessibility should come first.

This is definitely an app that you need to download IF you are PCS to one of the few bases it contains. It will show you a screen shot of the building, give a brief description including closing times, and it will give you directions to the building. Definitely helped me when I got to my first PCS, but it needs more content, more bases.

I’ve been recommending this app for years, especially to newcomers who have to visit so many offices throughout the area. It gets better with user additions, so be sure to add any locations that are missing!
