Like this app because i can pay the cash in the cab but i hope they do offer us the coupons for the cab sometimes the price is high but if they offer us coupon it really help us alot:)(:
I would be crazy to use this service ever again
My driver was rude from the moment he pulled up. Before I even got into the vehicle he said oh I wanted to make sure I got this fair it’s going to Mount Lebanon and I know you’re going to take care of me because it takes a lot of money for me to go there. I only had to go 1 mile. The entire time all he talked about was how rich the people are in Mount Lebanon and how he could not afford to live there and how much gas cost and how he was doing me a favor by picking me up. When I got to the top of the hill I told him to turn right instead he turned left and went out because he said he knew a shortcut which was about 3 to 4 miles out of the way and then he had to turn around and come back the right way so instead my bill was now $14 for a 1 mile trip. Then to top it off I told him pull right in front of the building he pulls a half a block down from the building puts my groceries out across the street from where I live and leaves which meant I had to walk half a block up the hill making several trips with my groceries because this idiot would not pull in front of my steps so that I could just go into the building. I would be crazy to use this service again this is now The second time that this company has done something similar to me. I had a credit on my account that needed to be used that day and the driver would not said he could not use it so I had to pay him. Never again
Definitely would not recommend
Why make an advance reservation on app that can’t provide a ride when they said they would? Received confirmation of booking to catch an early morning flight, with guarantee of Van I requested. Received auto-call at 4 a.m. day of confirming we would be picked up. Received call at pickup time saying they were unable to locate a driver. Got someone on the phone who gave me the same sad story. Cancelled and called Uber, which arrived in 10 minutes, helped load numerous bags and got us to the airport with time to spare — for less money. Will be removing this app and going Uber from now on.
