Ok, here is my problem with dh gate. I can’t see what I’m ordering. For example, I find a backpack I want. I want it in black. I go to the section where u choose what color u want. The squares are so tiny I can’t tell which one is black for sure. I click on the tiny picture to make sure. The only thing that comes up is the front page picture. So I get off of that and tap on the one I think is the black one, and put it in my shopping cart. I go to my shopping cart to see. The only picture showing up in the shopping cart is that same front page photo. It doesn’t say anywhere visible what color I’m getting. So I back out of buying it.Edit January 2019- the above issue has still not been resolved.Also, I have to say, the banners that come up when you click on an item to view that says “an order was made from Spain 2 seconds ago”, “an order was made from Italy 6 seconds ago”, are not only annoying, but they’re totally bogus. You can click on something that says it’s sold out, and the same banners will pop up. How are these orders being made on a sold out item? It won’t let me order it, how did they just order it 2 seconds ago? And it will keep doing it. You move on, then return to the same sold out item, and more banners pop up announcing sold, sold, sold, again. Lol.The app needs work. It could be more user friendly. It’s not as...stable... as AliExpress’ app, for example, where you can see items better without as much trouble. You can see the color (or whatever) options better.
