I have been a customer on this app for probably 3 years. I had no issues at first and then covid happened and I moved unexpectedly and somehow I never got 4 items. Defiantly no ones fault just crazy times. I recently started making purchases again and over all I’m happy just about every time. Granted I do my research. Once I find something I like or if I came looking for something specific I will look for seller with the most sales and positive feedback. I will not purchase for a seller with less than 500 sales but prefer over 1000. It’s hard I would really love to support new shops but there’s so many on this app and generally anyone who has issues it’s with a new seller. Someone’s you’ll 1 or 2 reviews for a new seller and their mind blowing amazing. DO NOT BE FOOLED! It’s not that hard to have your loved one your even yourself purchase something and leave a review. Anyways! I’ve good luck and once I find a seller I like I make I follow them and send referrals. The one thing negative I will say is when I have had issues something the communication between my self and the seller is Difficult because the language barrier and also because how things are Done in the US as far as shipping compared to overseas is a lot different. But nothing ever Going to be perfect when you operate on such a large scale like DHgate.

So I’m knew you this site ordering that is I’ve done research before I ordered and I ordered from a good quality store with good ratings all that so I purchased a pair of sneakers that I’ve wanted for some time now so about 1wk after I paid for the product I got a message from seller saying he’s bagging up my product,3wks after I ordered my sneakers I get a message saying that the package has been received lol I was tracking it the whole time the package hadn’t even hit American soil yet so the last day as it arrived in my town small of course we all know each other I watched the mailman get out his vehicle and put a package in my small mailbox I knew right than that I’d been had yup I go to the mailbox pull out the package and yup wasn’t a pair of size 13 sneakers at all nope a small pair of socks trash at that my 8yr old daughter wore them for 2hrs before they shredded up the seller agreed to refund me. My argument is why harass me saying the package was received when it had not than send me a pair of socks really . So my thing is i know there’s not a man on this planet that would stand in front of me and try to take advantage of me oh know not one bit so just treat us like a customer that’s right in front of you have some dignity and respect or do you not want repeat customer and last I wasn’t able to give him a bad review I think he must have made sure I was blocked before I could. Inbox me if you want to know the seller I wouldn’t order from him ever again. Will I order again I’m gonna give it one last try if I get another bad experience I’m done and deleting this site. I really want to give this app a good review. I have ordered several products from them and even if they have taken longer than that app that starts with W I’m trying not to judge everyone because a couple of sellers have been extremely slow. But I have been having trouble getting my orders lately and I don’t like that at all. I’d give them higher reviews but I’ve had trouble getting sellers to communicate with about orders though I’ve had items break and I have worked with awesome sellers who took care of me absolutely above and beyond. So I’m neutral. I’m waiting for an order I placed over 2 months ago now that got returned to them by US Customs and they resent it and now it’s sitting in a sorting center in Dongguan City and the seller hasn’t replied to anything. So trying to get a dispute opened. Fingers crossed for this. Ultimately sho at your own risk. Prices on glass are pretty reasonable if you take the time to find the best deals. I have ordered a couple other things but they were one of a kind and reasonable prices. Otherwise everything but glass smoking accessories seem to be what they should be focusing on. And vaping products and accessories too. I’m going to give them a chance again when I order some vaping products. Shop at your own risk here is my ultimate advice. You might pay too much, never get it delivered, they might not ship it for weeks. It’s a crap shoot for real but when it works out it’s definitely worth it.

Ok, here is my problem with dh gate. I can’t see what I’m ordering. For example, I find a backpack I want. I want it in black. I go to the section where u choose what color u want. The squares are so tiny I can’t tell which one is black for sure. I click on the tiny picture to make sure. The only thing that comes up is the front page picture. So I get off of that and tap on the one I think is the black one, and put it in my shopping cart. I go to my shopping cart to see. The only picture showing up in the shopping cart is that same front page photo. It doesn’t say anywhere visible what color I’m getting. So I back out of buying it.Edit January 2019- the above issue has still not been resolved.Also, I have to say, the banners that come up when you click on an item to view that says “an order was made from Spain 2 seconds ago”, “an order was made from Italy 6 seconds ago”, are not only annoying, but they’re totally bogus. You can click on something that says it’s sold out, and the same banners will pop up. How are these orders being made on a sold out item? It won’t let me order it, how did they just order it 2 seconds ago? And it will keep doing it. You move on, then return to the same sold out item, and more banners pop up announcing sold, sold, sold, again. Lol.The app needs work. It could be more user friendly. It’s not as...stable... as AliExpress’ app, for example, where you can see items better without as much trouble. You can see the color (or whatever) options better.
