It's radio paradise in every sense of the word and it's free!! I love it. This is the format and type of radio I have been looking for. I'm a music head and this fills that and let's me listen to the radio without having to find something all the time to listen too. All the music is handpicked and curated by a real person. The genres are diverse and it's all uncut and straight out nice. Being totally blind, I use voiceover, and there are some access issues but not enough to stop me from using the app. I even use the Tv app and it works nicely. I didn't want to give a low rating because I know this is still catching on and there is a lot of room for improvement but I gave it the gut rating of 5 stars because^I know there is room for improvement. It will catch up, and is rapidly replacing my beats 1 and apple music addiction, and my xm hold too. Keep it up yall, I can't wait to see more.

Powerful yet underrated?

This app has been by far, one of the best radio apps I’ve found when it comes to CarPlay or even Bluetooth. The stations offer very high sound quality, options to enable explicit or edited mode (when available), tons of genres, and so far, Dash seems to work more seamlessly than any other CarPlay app. Changing favorite stations is easily done with fwd-prev button (unlike others)... It’s also 100% free, with no commercials, and IMO, it’s been underrated for too long. More honest listeners should try the app.Streaming Radio with the ability to enable explicit mode is by far, a huge deal to someone like myself. Whether it’s Hiphop, R&B, Hard Rock or Pop.... It’s often a make or break for some. An Artist's lyrics shouldn’t be altered or censored unless it’s by the listener.Dash only has a few drawbacks. Track skipping isn’t an option but with live streaming, it can’t be. One drawback I can report is that as with (some) other CarPlay apps, upon disconnect or unplugging phone, the audio will often resume playing thru the phone. To me, its an obvious glitch that could be easily fixed as most other apps that had a similar issue have since resolved theirs.I could go on and write a novel review but hopefully my review provides enough feedback to cover most critical enthusiasts questions or unanswered concerns. I’ve been using this app for almost a year and it’s developers add more stations and enhancements with each update. When it comes to the ritual of app updates, Dash is on the deserving end.As of now, it truly remains free however, this app is justifiably worth paying for if it ever came to it.Thanks for a great App that also seamlessly supports the CarPlay Interface.

Just got this app hoping for a decent replacement for Music Choice. It gets the job done for the most part, but one thing I found somewhat disappointing was the lack of dedicated channels for certain genres. For example, I really love 80s New Wave, but I don’t see any dedicated stations for it. There’s a station for 80s hair metal and 90s grunge so why not new wave too? Other channels leave a lot to be desired as well. For example, the classic alternative channel appears to be playing it safe with late 90s / 2000s contemporary hits rather than the early 80s-mid 90s alternative heard on MTV’s 120 minutes. Classic alternative is a very diverse style of music and I wish the station would capture that more like Music Choice’s version of the channel did. I realize this is mostly due to personal music taste, but I just figured I’d voice my opinion.

It has any kind of music you can think of and you can just let it play all day long and it plays good song good song, good song and this 44 year old man right here has been into music since he’s been 10 years old, and I fell in love with it! keep hooking it up guys. You’re doing an awesome job. I’m even starting to tell everybody I know to download this app. I just hope they keep it free! 🫵🏼🤘🏼✌🏼
