Don’t recommend this app
So disappointed.. I have to rebuy from another app because I bought 2 tickets for a concert and I never could find them on the app, like I went to my profile, my events and nothing.. it disappeared, i even checked my email.. I tried calling them four times so at least they could’ve help me find the tickets on the app.. they never picked up. Would I get a refund? I don’t know because nobody is there to contact with. Don’t recommend this app for any purchases.
Scalpers and scammers
They overcharge for tickets, won’t answer people who payed for tickets and will not show tickets on the app, I am fighting them with a chargeback on my bank account because there is no way to get my money back from them nor does it even show the tickets I payed for. If you do not have to get your tickets for these people DO NOT. For reference the tickets I needed through the events website directly was 65$ for two tickets, they charged me 264$ for the same two tickets!
