We needed to install this on another device and I forgot the parental login password. It will not load the screen to reset the password. This is on any mobile device or Kindle. So, hopefully when I can make it to a desktop or laptop I will be able to reset it so that I can then go back to the initial device and finally load the app. So irritating.

I love Skoolbo so much but I wish like really wish that we didn’t have to have an account already like I wish that we could just sign in and we join but I love the app so much but I don’t have an account already so I’m sad!🥺😭 Hopefully we can just sign in and that’s it soon❤️
Updates make the game no fun

When I originally found this program, my students absolutely loved it and it was a great way for them to practice their English and math skills. The new updates have taken away the fun since now the students need to do a lesson before the games- before they were reviewing and learning while playing games. Half the time the activities won't even load and the kids absolutely hate it. It looks like I'll be giving up on one of my favorite apps and moving to a different program. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the updates.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. Students are able to simply play the 3D Racing Learning games. There is no requirement for them to do the accompanying lessons. Please also be encouraged to let us know directly on info@skoolbo.com of any loading issues you may experience.To highlight some of the enhancements in the new Skoolbo:* Inclusion of hundreds of lessons to provide a step-by-step breakdown of each concept* A new section of Science and Geography which includes hundred of books and short videos* Art and Music sections to help develop the creative side for students* A large expansion in our Spanish and Mandarin content* My Reading and Reading Blitz (available on web) enable children to practice and improve their reading and shortly their recordings will be available in the teacher dashboard* Introduction to Money provides valuable lessons on financial literacy* Brain Games which help built logic, spatial awareness and strategy skills.These changes increase the total content over 5 fold and as a result it was necessary for us to change the general student interface. We are also thrilled to be able to continue to offer this completely free of charge to schools.

This app is pretty cool! My 5yr old son loves to race against the other randomly generated children and the buddy system. He also likes the prizes and ability to be a super hero! I think the super hero concept drives him the most in continuing to play with this app.I feel this app needs improvement. Esp in the areas of words and letters pronunciation. Also, my son spent forever on one lesson in the contents menu and it refused to "graduate" him. Then, when he returned to his game, after closing out and entering back into it, the "graduated" levels became un-graduated and he didn't know which levels to continue from. I wish the play button would pick random games on the levels he has mastered or is currently working on. He was getting levels that were nowhere near his level. (He was working from the easiest and up to where his level is.) And it was frustrating him and driving him away from wanting to continue until i showed him how to do the lessons he knew he could do or learn easily from. Otherwise it still is awesomely setup...😊
This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
