Great app for keeping track of time spent on multiple tasks throughout the day. Quick and easy to create tasks and start tracking overall time spent. Would also be good for managing a groups time spent on an overall project with sub tasks or specific parts of the project. Could use a little improvement on time entry so the user doesn’t have to calculate the time for manual entries.
Gagging at customer service
I've been using TrackingTime's services for a long time now and it's a good service, the PDF reports are beautiful which is great because it makes me look professional in front of my clients.
However, customer support is absolutely desastrous. Their PDF reports were no longer displaying the cost at the bottom so I contacted support for help. At first they were very responsive but after the third email they never replied back at all. Even after I followed up. I was able to come up with a workaround and send the report to my client, but TrackingTime customer support left me hanging.
Not to mention, I'm a paying customer.
The guy's name is Diego Wyllie, careful with this fella.
And BTW I'm currently looking into a new time tracking service and leave Time Tracking behind, can't even imagine if I have to contact customer support again. The app Timely is looking promising.
Needs update for auto rotate to horizontal interface.
I love the servers and I pay for monthly. The only thing I'm upset about is the app can't do auto rotate to horizontal interface. I usually use iPad to track time and it's super inconvenience to see time and do other things since I need to turn it to vertical EVERY TIME open it. I have been waiting for the update for this but I feel like the company didn't realize that. Please do something for next update. Thanks.
