-Book My Flights:
Booking your flights has never been easier. You can now enjoy a user-friendly booking journey with the ability to book and buy one-way or return tickets with numerous payment options.
-Manage My Booking:
Review and modify your current active booking, pay or issue your on-hold booking and benefit from many additional services, including options to select your seat and meal, request for special services and upgrade to Crown Class or even GoCrown by bidding for your next upgrade.
-Check-In:
Royal Jordanian wants what’s convenient for you. This app has been designed for you to save time at the airport by checking in online, selecting your seat on the spot and getting your e-boarding pass through email and SMS.
-Flight Status and Schedule:
Plan for your next trip and search for RJ flights through our flight schedule, available for both round-trip and one-way flights. You can also track RJ flights through our flight status feature.
-Royal Club:
If you are a frequent flyer member, you can the option of accessing your Royal Club account on the go, or become a member for free!
RJ has good service once in the air- the flight attendants are great. I’ve flown over 30+ times with them. However their app and website are dated, slow and just bad. Also, you cannot choose a seat! All other airlines I have ever travelled allow you to choose your seat. Not RJ- you just show up and they put you where they want you. I just flew a 12 hour flight and had to sit in a seat far away from my wife- all because they do not give you an option to choose a seat. Their customer service is hard to get hold of, I’m currently on the phone on hold after they left one of my suitcases in the terminal- I have a tracker so I can see it sitting there. I have been trying to get in contact with them for 2 days and nobody can give me any information on my delayed suitcase. RJ has great flight attendants and in flight service, but their website, app and customer service are 0/10.
Won’t let me login or change seats

It’s impossible to login in this app. All my information is correct but I keep getting a pop-up message that simply Says “OK.“ The app won’t let you register for their loyalty program, you must do that on the web. In addition, you cannot change seats via the app as you can do with ALL other airline apps. Ugh. I’m terrified to see what this app is like once my flight finally arrives. Just terrible.

Really like the new UI the app has introduced, although some feature either do not work or got deactivated. I am not able to get my apple wallet boardings anymore for some reason. As well as I cannot add my Royal Club card to apple wallet, I see the icon, press on it, but no action is taken by the app. Would appreciate a fix. Also, when looking on my bookings I would really find amazing retrieve all my books as per my frequent flyer number.

Before you book your flight let me give you some advice, don’t. It’s not worth it. You will lose your money, time, and nobody cares about what’s going on to try to help you. I booked with them, and due to an error on their part, they refused to refund my flight that they made me lose. No one is answering emails, each person I speak to blames the next person. Very unprofessional and has no problem stealing your money.
