This update fixes a few issues in the last release and adds some new functionality: We now support adding the license state! The list of states shows the top 10 most common states, followed by options for USPS, NYPD and No plate (if the vehicle has no plate or the plate is unknown), followed by the remaining states in alphabetical order. Fixed a problem with license plate validation. Now you can change the plate and it should work fine. You can upload multiple photos The start screen now has a big button to Add Photo to begin the submission process so it's simpler. We reduced the complaint options to the ones that are most used. We no longer need your home address to submit to 311. So in this version, we removed those fields from the Profile screen and new users no longer need to enter that info.

We simplified the ability to upload a photo or video. Now when you click "add a photo/video" you'll be taken directly to your photo album. Removed unused code

Fixed a major bug with the location selection screen in which the pin was not oriented properly. If you modified the address of your submissions, the addresses would be off by at least 10-15 blocks. This release fixes this gnarly bug and also massively improves the screen with the Google Places so you can confidently select an address, business or area where the incident took place.

First update of the new year! Thank you for being part of the Reported community. Improvements you'll notice: - Removed the taxi color selection buttons. You can now, in fewer clicks, submit a complaint about *any* vehicle type, not just taxis and For-Hire-Vehicles (FHVs) such as Ubers. Next time you see a delivery truck in the bike lane, feel free to report it. - Added the "Notes" field for the 311 status. When you tap an existing complaint's Service Request number from 311, it'll expand to show you the more information on the status of your complaint. Fixes the "Address unknown" issue. Now when you create a new report, the address of the location will be validated and displayed correctly.

This update includes several minor improvements: - Updates the backend naming from "walker" to the more accurate term, "pedestrian" - On the news feed, sorts by incident timestamp, rather than the date when the report was submitted to the app. - Photo button now says photo is "recommended" instead of "optional". It's always a good idea to submit a clear photo or video. - Removes the word "Cab" from the vehicle type field so now it will just say "Yellow" or "Black" and for non-cabs it will say "private" or "commercial". More to come. - Updates the privacy policy to more accurately reflect upcoming changes on where and how these reports are submitted. - For reports that have a 311 Service Request number, you can now also see "Notes to Customer" field from 311. This field will show you more detail about your 311 complaint status including your hearing date, if applicable.
