I was accepted as an independent contractor for this app awhile ago & it seemed pretty self-explanatory but I didn’t focus on it too much because I wasn’t fond of how long you have to wait to be paid. I’m used to daily pay & instant pay & 6-8+ days wasn’t super appealing to me. However, I kept an account with them & recently circled back around & gave them a going shot. I didn’t have a lot of assignments under my belt so I could only request them, not claim them. I didn’t realize I had gotten in over my head until I wasn’t able to complete all the assignments I had because I was given the thumbs up for nearly every one I asked for….I do enjoy the work & im big on being thorough so yes, many assignments took a lot longer than planned but besides waiting, the pay was fair & I was able to accrue a nice amount of income. However, I’ve found communication is sporadic & inconsistent. When told to reach out if I needed anything, each time I reached out…nothing. And this actually led to me not being able to complete assignments & my rating going down. I’m typically an A student & top of my game and I feel like a dunce now here. I was put on probation, nobody told me I was or why or how to change that and that’s unfortunate. I had assignments disappear & reappear right before they expired. I was granted extensions by one team member only to have another revoke them causing my rating to plummet & no explanations….I haven’t given up on this app yet…I’m hoping for a comeback & this will all be a thing of the past but I felt I could relate to your plight so u wanted to share too.
Great Concept, Glitches at times

I did several small jobs and enjoyed the schedule flexibility to make some extra money when not at my full time job. I submitted an expression of interest for two Frito Resets where I’d be swapping out the marketing and organizing the shelves. I was called and offered a bunch of locations… 8 I believe. I accepted 2. When I logged in I saw I had been assigned 3. All of them were nearby so I went ahead and made plans to do them on Thur (my day off and the day I told the rep I was available to do them). Late on Wednesday the job was moved to the following Monday (when I was working my other job). No one responded to my inquiry about the change until Monday, when they called asking if I still planned on doing the job. I explained the job schedule was changed and I wouldn’t be able to do it until a Thursday (when I’d be off from my full time job). They said NO PROBLEM, and rescheduled all three jobs for 8am on Thur. That Thur, when I woke up I checked the jobs and locations and planned the order I’d complete them to be most efficient on gas. When I arrived at the first location and tried to check in, two of the three jobs disappeared. There was no evidence I’d ever had the jobs assigned. Support still hasn’t responded to my request for guidance. The third job is still available but it’s 30 minutes drive away and I don’t want to spend the time and gas to get there only to have it cancelled as well. VERY FRUSTRATING!Finally found a phone support number (text support still hadn’t responded after 45minutes) and the nice representative said it was a system glitch. The jobs started at 8am and ENDED at 8am. She reassigned them to me.

I’m not sure if it is because it’s the Holiday Season but there seems to be plenty of jobs/projects that the company either offers you or you can request. Most of the jobs are pretty quick, easy, and just require you to be outgoing and approachable while maintaining a professional and friendly countenance about you( or at least that’s what I find works best when approaching and speaking to store managers & staff). Two parts I like most about it so far; 1) The support you get is great! They are timely in answering any questions you might have and seem to be very genuine, understanding, and appreciative of your feedback. 2) There’s no pressure. The work is there if you want it and they don’t pressure you to do any of it. They just offer it to you on a first come - first serve basis and that’s that. If you don’t accept an offer you may miss out on some good $$$ but there are times that an offer doesn’t get accepted by anyone and they will sometimes even offer it again at a slightly higher pay as an incentive. However, it is unwise to try and hold out for that as the offers are more often taken/accepted by someone else before they expire. Anyway, I’m about a week into working with this company. I have done merchandising before for a couple other companies but this one takes the cake on job security, resourcefulness/support, and carefully explained assignments with step by step instructions. Also, it is virtually stress free as you are in charge of when and even where you work. It’s a great way for anyone to earn some extra money, or if you play your cards right, I could see a decent living being made off of it too.
Okay App

I wish I could rate this app higher because the jobs and extra pay are great and all, but the support staff hasn’t really been much help lately. I have submitted a number of requests for certain jobs annnnnd of course nothing, no response, not even a decline or disapproval which is super frustrating. At first I’d receive responses the same day and now...nothing. Heaven forbid you have an emergency where you have to cancel assignments, such as a child not breathing, they will automatically decrease your rating and make it so you can’t request or claim any jobs. Granted, per their instructions if you contact them to cancel they will consider it on a case-by-case basis. But I guess someone not breathing isn’t considered a “plausible reason” to cancel your assignments. Yes, I have emailed and used the in app support forum to submit the question and request to have those not counted against me. But of course no response. So all in all this company has great potential and if you do need to make some extra money, are self motivated, and a really good self starter this is a good place to start. Just don’t count on getting much help from support staff if you run into a hiccup even tho they have a “large” number of staff to respond to questions and requests. Will still give them a chance, but not really depending on this particular company as a main side hustle.Update: they have gotten considerably better! I’m receiving my payments on time and I am also getting jobs on a consistent basis now. The reps have been extremely helpful in getting me started and going continuously now. So I changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars. No complaints at all!
Bug fixes and improvements.
