This new and improved mobile app is an add-on for existing Tigerpaw Software users. It streamlines many of the data entry tasks that bog down technicians and sales reps in the field. A new streamlined user-interface gives instant access to critical information, and automates the updating of tickets, account and contact info, opportunities and more.
Field service techs can manage their tasks and calendars and work tickets simply and quickly with any mobile device – even in areas where connectivity is intermittent. Sales personnel can access and, update account & contact data, and manage opportunities while on-the-go.

· GPS integration: Tapping an address brings up your phone's navigation, making it easy to get to the customer - on time.
· Increased Communication: This version of Tigerpaw Mobile includes a full CRM to provide you with detailed opportunity, account, and contact data. You can contact the customer directly from the CRM on your mobile device and work with opportunities.
· Camera Support: Take pictures and attach them to your Tigerpaw tickets.
· Signature Capture: Clients can use their fingers to sign your service orders - allowing you to avoid conflict and get paid more quickly.
· Dispatch Board Integration: Always know exactly where your technicians are - right from the dispatch board.
This is a very difficult app to use as an agent in the field doing work and having to bill clients. It does not let you create a quote for a customer on the spot and has left me standing in front of clients numerous times looking like an amateur because I was not able to send them a bill so they could write me a check while onsite. The Tigerpaw customer support is very ill equipped as most of the time issues were answered with a canned response that an engineer would have to work on it and they would get back to me. Seems like it cost a lot of money for just mediocre(at best) applications. I had high hopes, but sadly was just left with oth frustration and disappointment. Thanks for the life lesson and the continued bill for nothing!

Always have issues with the notes section we are forced to use this in the field. Will not save Multiple paragraphs of notes and will kick you off multiple times and erase everything. Had issues with my coordinator saying that I did not fill in any notes even know I filled in paragraphs. Went back to the app and nothing was saved went back to emailing everything. This app as left me in some tight spot due to crashing and not saving information. With upper management.

Desktop usually runs smoothly but this iOS version never gets better. It’s always unreliable, have to submit things multiple times, and reinstalling it multiple times just to get it to work is exhausting. My job forces it on its techs but it is the worst and needs to be brought into the 21st century.

The app is pretty bad. It does all kinds of strange things like crashing, not being able to display content, freezing. It’s all very similar to the desktop app which also has these issues. I will say though, this app is cleaner, it has a timer, it’s easier to enter time. I prefer to use the app over the desktop.
Recent updates include:
- Two-step authentication; optional forced user logout after specified hours.
- Security enforced to block rep access to other reps' tasks and SOs.
- View ship-to address and update Multiple Meters reads on SOs.
- View invoice total payment and credit memo amounts.
- Limited Mobile licenses for techs with limited duties.
- View journal note create date; hide system entries.
