I love this app! I know what my kid is doing, eating, and even see photos of him throughout the day which makes me feel safe! Mrs. Kathy is my son’s favorite and he clings to her due to her compassion and grandmotherly ways! When she retires, we will stay connected! She has been kind, respectful, always supportive, and protects my lil man! Amanda has made adjustments for me and my family while working! She always communicates any issues his mom needs to know or symptoms of anything concerning! I love her personality and her style of directing

Learning Genie is a great way to stay connected with my little ones head start as well as keeping up on his daily learning progress. It’s a great daily activity guide as well. The little activities that are uploaded are very useful and my son enjoys watching them!

This app is very literally worse than nothing. First off, it’s extremely buggy: random logouts, “request failed,” recent chat messages only showing up if I leave the chat function and enter again. There’s also missing functionality, like the ability to swipe through pics sent by teachers. Worst of all, it can’t distinguish between alerts, so I have to open my phone in the middle of meetings to see what notifications are for in case it’s important. It’s usually not…. Just an interruption to let me know my son had a bowel movement. Great. Critical info.

Use this app as a professional and parent. As a professional, some features has to be change via their website when I use it and has to be change manually every new drdp season. Also, Interface is slow and Buggy at times.As a parent, I found it strange that there is no way to opt out of the daily emails. I already look through the app near the end of the day and the email just becomes spam.Otherwise the app works for what it’s suppose to do but much can be improved.
