I play this game daily but since the update, the tasks are missing from the left side. The game has closed unexpectedly several times. Also, when I am playing a room, it will suddenly shrink to half the size and will not permit me zoom in. I tried rebooting as other people have suggested but these issues continued.Update: you have had 2 more updates since the update that caused the issues above. While the issue of the missing tasks was resolved, the game constantly shutting itself down is far from resolved. The other night, I was playing rooms and I finally earned enough to play the seasonal room. I opened the room & the app shut down the first time I touched the screen! When I reopened, I had lost all of those points and could not play the round (other games would have automatically refunded me since it wasn’t my fault I was unable to play). I have been playing your game for 3 or 4 years but I am considering leaving because of your failure to fix these issues.

I've been playing this game for months now. I have continued to level up, spent my fair share of money on gems and euros, despite the freezing frames and disappearing purchases. Some of the issues seem to have been fixed. But new ones are creeping in. I just reached level 60 and claimed my reward, left the game, and came back to find myself at level 57!! I also find my gems disappearing faster than I have used them. You programmers and developers should be able to develop a glitch free game if you expect people to continue to play. Then today, I just downloaded the newest update to the game, and Lo and behold, when I try to open th game, I hear the music, see the screen where you can watch the game loading, and then ...nothing!! The opening screen is frozen there, and I can’t get into the game at all. This is the worst update ever.

On original app I didn’t receive gems that I purchased and kept getting kicked off. I was advised to reload the app to refresh it and I would probably see the gems I purchased. By refreshing the app I lost everything. My entire identity for the game was gone and I’ve had to completely start over. You don’t get a new detective id until about level five or six and I was told they would add my status from the previous detective id but not my coins or gems. They will however add the gems I purchased. This is even though I sent them a screenshot of the app right before I refreshed it because I sent a request for the gems with it. However, that was 3 days ago and no one has updated my new profile.. So, needless to say I’m very disappointed with this game. 😞

If you run out of time on a search they say you can watch a video to get a bit more time. But every time that’s happened, when the video ends the search scene screen is wonky and frozen and I fail anyway. At this point I never watch the videos because of this, so their advertising model is broken there. Everything else seems to work as intended, but the economy is intentionally broken in favor of the House. No surprise, it’s a commercial venture, but it does feel like they’re always trying to nickel and dime you. Most frustrating is having to buy an entry visa (not cheap) and then only having a few tickets to that location. You can buy tickets at a gem each, but that’s steep.
