I got into bitcoin in 2011, and I've recommended this wallet to friends for 5+ years now. This app follows good software philosophy: Do one thing well. It lets you send and receive bitcoin. No ID, no email, no password, just a simple, fast wallet. You can back it up in case you lose your phone, so your money is always safe.Don't believe the bad reviews. This is the best bitcoin wallet for new users and power users alike. I've never seen it have a single bug or issue. I can't say the same of any other wallets. 5 Stars well earned.
Don’t use the iOS version

I used to use Mycelium on my old Galaxy and it worked great! No major problems or bugs. That is certainly not the case with their iOS wallet.It is so incredibly buggy that I can’t open my transactions tab without the app crashing completely. At this point, all I want to do is get my bitcoin away from Mycelium, but nothing seems to work. I backed up my wallet and tried importing it into numerous other wallets, but none of them have worked. I also tried sending my bitcoin to a different wallet. Unfortunately, only 1/5 of my balance appears to be eligible for sending. I’m sure it’s a bug, but it’s a pretty major oversight by a once-great bitcoin wallet. At this point I just want to get my bitcoin and leave Mycelium for good. There are far better options nowadays. Use the iOS version at your own risk.

Hi all,As far as I can tell this is a great wallet and I have had no issues. I guess my one concern is that I have heard very little regarding the up-coming bitcoin hard forks expected later this month, and how it will effect this wallet. I suppose this would be a question for the developers, but are there any plans in place to support seguit2x? If not, what safeguards are being put in place to prevent replay attacks, for example? I think this needs to be communicated better to us, hence my 1 star taken off. Still love the app and hope development on it continues

Been using this app for a while. Never had any problems with sending or receiving money. All my coins are safe even after restoring the wallet. The only thing that is missing is a passcode when entering the wallet. Update: last program update bring me some unpleasant moments. Can’t see transactions history. Each time I choose History, the app just clothes itself. Hope you will fix that issue as Mycelium is still my favorite wallet to use daily.
