Been using this for a few years on my iPhone and iPad. It has been reliable and very useful once you put all your content in. (Note: I’ve never needed to use the categories feature.)My main gripe is that it doesn’t support iCloud syncing, so I have to go and manually make the same updates to my text strings across multiple devices.Secondarily, there’s no Mac app, so I have to use a different app, which just adds another device to update.

Been looking for a keyboard like this for a while! Though...I probably don't use the app as the developer intended--instead of phrases, I use it to save crazy emoticons like this ᕦ( ᴼ ڡ ᴼ )ᕤ haha. Anyways keep up the good work and here's hoping the dev continues to support the app! Couple of suggestions though: if the dev could make the globe button show a list of the available keyboards when you press and hold it (like the default Apple one) that'd be awesome (✿◠‿◠). Also maybe speed up the keyboard a little? Again, love, absolutely love the functionality, but it's kinda choppy when scrolling through entries. Don't know if this is a code-optimization or asset thing cuz I'm not a developer but it's by no means a deal breaker, just something that'd be nice (⌐■_■)Edit: sometimes crashes when switching between keyboards, maybe because I have 70+ dittos?

I see no way to contact the developer, so have no option but to put my huge issue in a review. I have used this app for several years and created hundreds of texts for use in virtual group events. The app automatically updated and ALL of my content disappeared— it is like a brand new app was installed. Going to a cloud system is great, something I have wanted for ages. But how could you do that with no means to backup existing data? What a horrible shock, I and many friends lost hours upon hours of work that must be recreated from scratch. Terrible move.

Update: This disaster continues. After checking back multiple times I saw today that there was a new release that promised to fix the issue of recovering the loss of existing data. But it was not to be. I get a message that the file was found but can’t be recovered. It tells me to send a “sysdiagnose” so they can investigate but that’s not possible, of course, because support is not available for this app. What a failure by the developerto existing users! And now you have the audacity to ask for money to subscribe to your Pro version with iCloud. Why should I trust you?Glad you went to iCloud. But really upset that all of my existing entries are now gone. Very poorly implemented.
