I have been using the app and have 97 entries in it and now it stopped displaying my data. I thought maybe I needed to renew so I made an in app purchase for another year. But it still didn’t show me my data. So I thought maybe it didn’t go through and did it again. Still can’t access my data. I sent an email through support with screenshots of what was happening. Then I went and looked at my credit card and it was just about six months ago that I renewed for a year. So it hasn’t expired yet. I ended up trying one more time to pay for it bc I was desperate to access my data. Still nothing. I’ve emailed support and feedback addresses about 7 times now. I’ve now paid 4x. It’s so frustrating. Do not use this app!

Great app so long as you don’t require support. Support is lacking and nearly non responsive. For no reason the master password quick working the first of the year and finally after two days it begin working. The the mean time the account was locked because of numerous effort to login. The master password wasn’t changed or updated. I purchased the pro version with a annual payment paid annual. Not I am limited to 5 devices for an unknown reason when prior to the issue described herein and have email support with no response provided. Poor support service.

I haven’t been able to back up my files from my iPhone since June, even though I am a subscriber.I’ve tried several times to reach Support, but they never, ever respond to me.I have so many records on files and just the thought of changing app bothers me, but as long as I can’t back up, I won’t be able to see my records on other devices

Great app and I love how easy it is to use. I just wish the logos were a tad bit easier to custom make and maybe more colors to use. Sometimes when you make them they don’t turn out quite the way you want them to look. Other than that the best password storage app I’ve used.
