Small changes, BIG results

Ok, I love this game. I’ve played it since it came out, but there are some problems. If these issues were addressed, the game would be MUCH more enjoyable.Issue #1: Battle Royale system. This is an issue I’m sure everyone can complain about and relate to. The Battle Royale system needs to be adjusted. The other night me and some friends went into a BR, yet we didn’t even get to play or earn rewards. Why? Because the enemy team was full of players with 3-7 stars, and they spent the entire BR in our base making it so we could not spawn. Now players like me who can not afford to sink hundreds of dollars into the game to boost ourselves to 5 stars with decked out gear find it unfair that we can’t even progress because of being camped non stop. I propose you make the Battle Royale system matchmaking more fair and balanced. Make it so if people camp in someone’s base, they take increasing damage over time that cannot be dispelled, blocked, or healed until they die. Issue #2/ Idea: Server Leaders. Make it so each server can have a council of elders elected by other members of the server who can mute players chat if they are constantly inappropriate or abusive in chat. There are a few people on my server who need to be chat restricted. Nothing to major, something like this:1st offense - 5 minute mute 2nd offense - 10 minute mute3rd offense - 15 minute mute4th offense - 20 minute muteSo on and so forth up to a 1 hour mute.Issue #3: Material farming. It takes entirely too long to farm Lunar Tears, Taichi Stones to upgrade or change the property of Cosmos equipment. Issue #4: Not enough character choices. I feel this game could greatly improve if the selection of characters increased. That’s all I have for now. Please consider these changes as I feel it would make the game for enjoyable for everyone!

Old and Buggy

So I got back into this game knowing that it was old and having some issues, but regardless I use to enjoy it and wanted to make a new character. Long story short I’ve been locked out of the server because of a glitch. It give me the “battle field has ended” notification every time I try to sign into my server. Don’t put money into the game even if you like it. I would fully want a refund since I can’t even access my account, but trying to use the report system is a whole other mess. I don’t recommend putting ANY money because you may lose your account to a multitude of reasons similar to mine or not.(Here’s an extra: When making my character I initially had to leave the server and go to a new one because similarly I couldn’t use that character after the game bugged out and locked itself in the tutorial trying to make me equip a weapon I didn’t have)

Horrible game 1
They keep updating and making more and more bugs. They also keep halfass releasing stuff and not releasing the other parts. Pet ascension has been here over a year now and we still cannot do anything with it. Now they've made it where you can upgrade Tai chi gear with cosmos but did not release the scrolls to do so. Game functions like battle Royale have a bug if you que you can't play the game for about 20 minutes from the time you que. Let's not forget to mention the horrible events. They have released the same exact event for The past 3 years now 💀 the only thing that gets changed is the mount when the release a new one. Oh and everybody took a 300% stat drop cuz snail stole everybodies stats that most of us payed $$$$ to get. This is the worst game company there is. They steal from players too.
