My sister and I were at the BayPlaza mall and we saw Lush for the first time. We decided to go in there and we were amazed how gorgeous everything was organized. The employee that was assisting me was so kind she was so sweet towards everyone and she greeted everyone when they walked in. I absolutely LOVE THEIR SCENTS, I told myself I wouldn’t buy anything but I found this amazing body mist it was lychee scented and I purchased it😜. I also purchased shampoo, conditioner, and leave in conditioner because lowkeyyy my hair is damaged 😐, anyways when I arrived home I used the products and the day after I washed my hair I saw a bit of improvements and hopefully if I’m consistent with these products I might see better results within my hair. Hopefully next time I’m at Bay Plaza mall, I’ll head to Lush and buy bath bombs, because omg their bathbombs are so FREAKING CUTE especially the minion one I saw🫧🥹. Overall, I 🩷 LUSH AND NO IM NOT SUGAR COATING, I’m actually being serious because I’m so fed up with these cancer causing products with hella chemicals from other brands, no shade..👀.

I wish customers could interact with the digital assets on the Lush app by tapping, zooming in, or otherwise engaging with them. It appears that Lush invests considerable effort into the photography. However, the app makes the photos appear smaller and less functional compared to the website. It would be fantastic if customers could immerse themselves in the process, ideas, marketing, lore, music or any other aspect of a product. This would serve as free marketing for Lush while simultaneously enticing and delighting customers.I use iPad Pro in landscape mode with Magic Keyboard and almost never take it out of the keyboard unless I am going to game. Even then I tend to use it in landscape mode with the keyboard most times. I tell you all this so you know that the iPhone app you’ve created doesn’t appear very well with people like me. I am one of your better customers where I spend a decent amount and I want to engage with your company digitally but I am limited due to physical limitations. Additionally, the Vision Pro platform is truly captivating. I strongly encourage the Lush developers to create an app for that platform. It presents an excellent opportunity for Lush to showcase its artistic talent behind scents, products, and product design. Moreover, it could offer an immersive sensory shopping experience that prepares customers for using your products or even entices them to shop. While the iPhone app provides a decent in-bath experience, the Vision Pro platform has the potential to elevate it to new heights pre-bath or while shopping. I really want to urge your company to make a Vision Pro app.

Each time Lush updates its app I have to brace myself because it keeps getting worse. They’re completely focused on visual dazzle dazzle in the app and not ease of use. I’m a regular Lush customer but it’s a real drag ordering from this app. They’ve completely removed categories so now you have to know the exact product you want if you want to order it. You can’t browse by categories like face, lip, bath, body bar, perfume, etc. They even used to have a category by preferred scents (floral, green, etc) which I loved but they predictably did away with (because anything that’s convenient has to go!) Plus, I used to like to browse certain products, put it in my basket and come back to it a day or two later and it would still be there. Now it’s gone if you don’t buy it on the spot! I put multiple items in my basket which I probably would have purchased (I’ve already done several orders this way) - but I now can’t remember what I put in there and of course I certainly can’t search it by category! They also did away with a wishlist so I can’t refer to a list of my faves to keep track (because of course that would be convenient - so let’s do away with it!) I can assure the company that I’ll be doing a lot LESS ordering with this app. (And I’ve placed multiple orders at hundreds of dollars at a pop - so you’ve lost my business at least.)

This app isn’t what I expected, however, I ended up loving it more than what I WAS expecting! I love that there are bath meditations/sound baths and that the app has transitioned to more of an “experience” app (although some may not agree with me). I can shop for my products online just fine. But I love that this app caters to your well-being and not just consumerism. Again, if I want to buy a LUSH product, I can just go to their website! This is an awesome app and I really enjoyed my latest bath listening to “Lakes”. I loved the Irish twist on it that transported me Ireland itself. So relaxing!If I had one critique, it would be that the shopping portion is not user friendly. As someone with an IT degree, I would recommend changing the shipping tab to have a full menu of categories and more photos on the home page of the tab.
