Receive Smartkeys anytime, from anywhere, and access buildings instantly with a secure, easy-to-use app. With built-in video intercom (when enabled) and the ability to generate temporary visitor codes, managing access has never been more convenient. Designed for both everyday users and high-volume access, the app makes it simple to find and use your keys with features like favorites, proximity-based sorting, widgets, and real-time notifications. Security is at the core of VIZpin Smart. Each Smartkey is protected with multiple layers of encryption to help prevent unauthorized access. Need access? Simply enter a Location ID and send a request directly to your building manager—they’ll be notified instantly and can grant access with a Smartkey. Requirements: iPhone with iOS 15 or later and Bluetooth enabled.

Won’t take last names fewer than 3 characters, that’s racist, because some legal last names do contain only two or even one character. Won’t accept a 64-character password during signup, app gives Oops please restart the app as the error. Not sure what the max length for passwords but works after changing to 32.New update: another complaint to make, the animation after successful unlock is totally waste and it becomes really annoying if there’s another door that’s not too far away from the first one to unlock.

We’ve been using Vizpin for about 6 years now for our salon suite multi unit franchise and it’s been great for us. The app is easy to use and our Professionals love being able to use an app. The scheduling works well, it’s easy to add and delete users and I must say we rarely ever have issues with the system. It’s bulletproof! Highly recommend this system.

I tried to give this lock system a fair chance. Our apartment complex used this system and it has been a thorn in my side the entire time we’ve lived there. I’ve been locked out of my home several times at no fault of my own. If there was an emergency and my phone was locked in my home I would have to roam the neighborhood and hope someone answers their door. Regular keys will always be better in my opinion.
