Love my bank, Love their App! I enjoy the personability I get with Inwood! When I have account dealings, I have one person assigned to my account with whom I know I will be working. It’s the same way with technical issues and questions related to their app. I’ve tried other banks over the last 30 years, while still banking with Inwood… I’ve broken up with every single other bank.

The only thing that keeps them from getting a perfect score is that they limit the amount of money you can electronically transfer out of your account each month. This requires me writing more checks than would otherwise be necessary. The people are very acclimating and the website is easy to use.

This bank is the best. I have been a client for since 1996 and never have I had any concern about the security of my funds. Even during the meltdown of the economy, Inwood Bank proved to be a prudent protector of my money. They protect our deposits with the utmost diligence, and the personnel are extremely attentive, knowledgeable and friendly and I can ALWAYS speak to someone!!. They are the best.

I’ve been with Inwood for twelve years and I’m so glad that I changed from one of the “too big to fail” monstrosities to a bank that is local and not so big that I get lost in the crowd. I’ve never had a bad experience with Inwood and I suspect I will still be an Inwood customer for another twelve years….and more! (Shout out to Anita at the main bank on Inwood! She’s awesome!)
