My company offers this app and it just makes it a lot easier to find my insurance cards and other stuff my company offers.I hadn't been in for a check up in a few years and the app recommended that I text one of their nurses to find a doc. It was crazy how fast they got back and even checked to make sure they took my insurance and where accepting new patient.

what I’m incredibly frustrated with and have been for months is the fact that my log in never remains. I am constantly putting my credentials in and then prompted to ‘turn on’ Face ID but it never persists. I’ve deleted and downloaded twice now with no solution to the issue. Please fix. My original review below review is still true. Clean and quick to navigate - love the chat concierge function. Super responsive and helpful.
