I've used a variety of expense reporting software platforms over the years, and this one is by far the best. Super easy to use, don't need to hold on to receipts; camera functionality captures all of the relevant data I need directly from the receipt and populates that info on the expense report. And it's cloud based so the investment and overhead is much less than other legacy expense reporting tools. Highly recommended.

Since using the mobile app it has drastically reduced the amount of time taken to input my expenses Far easier to do after each transaction. Would strongly recommend using it vs PC based.

If you are forced to use this app… God blessed you. It is absolutely horrible. Nothing matches, everything has to be done manually, you can’t see any information from the receipt without opening it up… the list goes on. I will never say a bad word about any other expense processing software my company forces me to use again bc no matter what it is, it most certainly has to be better that Web Expenses.

I never leave reviews but this app is great! And coming from other system where support is non-existent, they actually have a phone number and no annoying bot, it’s a real human right away! Hihgly recommend!
