Visual improvements have been made to lists for enhanced user experience.

Distinguish between inactive and out of area profiles. Use advanced search to display out of area providers. To make reports more meaningful they will now be generated dynamically and will display the top 5 categories used in your organization while all others will be displayed under the 'other' column.

Add a direct phone and fax for a physician on each location they are linked to so you can specify their direct contact info per address.

Never lose track of your most used reports with the new favoriting option. Simply star the reports you use most often or need to access quickly and they’ll show up in the favorites tab. Now you can set a main location for each physician so you never have to play the guessing game. Once a main location has been specified, the icon will change to gold and it will move to the top of the locations list.

Use the new and flexible recurring task option to schedule routine check-ins or follow-ups with your providers. Document and track emails to providers and key individuals as tasks in Ascend. Simply copy emailtoascend@marketware.com and if the contact's email is present in his or her Ascend profile, a task will be created along with the email content.
