App is listed in App Store as available in English or French. There is no workflow for changing to English. I contacted the NAVECO help desk with an email sent in English. Received a response three days later in French and did not address language setting. This represents the customer service provided, and I fear this will be the service provided when my car does not arrive and I am stranded at the airport or miss my departing flight. Best to avoid, and seek another ride service.

Do not use this service. Customer service is designed to be unreachable. All emails are from mailboxes that do not respond and there is on purpose no email access available. Drivers call saying they are at the wrong address, when in reality, there is no driver and the service is designed to charge for trips not delivered. App and service should be taken down by Apple.

Cancelled trip of my mom at 10pm at night the day before a 9am pick-up for a flight during a busy travel session. Just so the driver could make more money. Cant trust it for important travel
