Keep track of your vacation or PTO (Paid Time Off) balance. See at a glance your vacation/PTO balance at any date in the future. Accrual rate can be weekly or bi-weekly on any day of the week, or semi-monthly on either the 1st and 16th of the month or the 15th and last day of the month. Automatically excludes holidays from being counted as a vacation day. Integrates with your iOS calendar, or can use its own calendar, or both.

Nice app but....

This app is so close to being the best in its category. It is missing an annual accrual period, PTO roll over policies (I.e. use it or lose it, carry over a week or two, etc..), PTO limit (it keeps adding days when you have reached your max allowable), and a way to add individual days such as in the case of overtime or weekend work reimbursement. This app has great potential, it just came up a bit short.

I’ve been using this app since 2020. It allows me to plan out my time off while keeping my PTO bucket from reaching zero. It’s not perfect as the hours I accumulate every two weeks for PTO are a few more decimal point more than the app handles, so my time is off by a tiny bit. I guess it can only handle about 4 years of data at a time as it stopped showing PTO or holiday days from my calendar for Sept 2024. A simple change to the start date and readjust my starting balance and it’s working great again

Ive tried a lot of apps to track PTO while planning our vacations for the year. With the company I work for, we have to bid our vacations for the entire year in January. This makes it so mich easier. Thank you!
