App randomly stops working…

I personally love the convenience of being able to see my account balances, loan balances and payment due dates. However, with as often as this app does not work it makes it very frustrating on users. I understand that things happen, but for something to happening more and more frequently and nothing happening in order to be resolved is just ridiculous. For the past 4 days the app has been hesitant about letting me login and it’s very frustrating. Hopefully this improves with future updates / changes!

Everything is great but would really like to see why things declined. It just says “declined: tap to see reason” with no reason listed. please fix.
