I’ve been playing this app for a while and I will say I truly enjoy it and I also enjoy the selection of casino games that they have available. I wish it was more promotion, more free spins or something like that but this is a great casino at to play I definitely recommend anyone to try it Negative only thing I can say is make sure you download the app. It does skip at times, but not as often.

This app is behind in comparison to other casino apps. The “promotions” aren’t terrible but they’re definitely far behind from what other casinos offer through the app. Depositing money was fairly easy but withdrawing (or attempting to) was a pain of jumping around through the menu. The options require you to make a deposit in the form of whichever you choose despite having made a deposit through a debit card. It’s not an option to withdraw. You have to sign up for the other options which you have to make a deposit through. On other apps, it’s super easy and doesn’t require a deposit through the options and debit cards are options. The UX design on the app looks dated. There’s too much within the app. Some of those things should be redirected to the website and more effort should be applied to simplify and modernize the app navigation. I do like the game options and that you can run demos on some of the games before you actually play. I do like resorts however, it’s ranked at the bottom compared to others. I have hope that it will continue to improve but there’s much more work and research needed.

If you actually want a decent shot at making money off a new user promo, don’t waste your time here. Resorts Casino has a 20x play through requirement — including on any winnings from free spins. (As a comparison, FanDuel has a 1x play through requirement.) Speaking of free spins, I chose a promo with free spins on Cash Volt because it usually has an RTP in the 96% range. But not at Resorts. Cash Volt’s RTP is 90%. When I saw this I decided to check the RTP of other slots to make sure I wasn’t almost certainly going to lose money on the promo. That’s when I saw that some slots count “0-75%” toward the play through requirement. So I asked for help from online chat. The first rep clearly didn’t understand what I was asking - but cheerfully said goodbye and ended the chat. The next rep was marginally better. After she pasted a link to terms and conditions that had nothing to do with my question, I pasted a screenshot of their contribution percentages table. Eventually, she told me that they didn’t have a list of 100% slots. After the chat ended, I canceled the bonus and withdrew my original deposit.

They have no problem taking your money, but they do have a problem giving it to you. My checking account has a different last name due to me recently getting married. I’ve had no other problems with any other casino app. For a few months I’ve had no problem getting my withdraw, but for the last three weeks they have put my withdraw on pending. First they asked for a picture of my CC and my debit card… I sent both (which I received no notification of them asking for these documents, I had to speak with multiple people first to find out what was going on). After both were reviewed my withdraw was still pending. Then they asked for My marriage license, which I provided, but only after I asked again what the problem was. Every time I try to chat with someone I get disconnected and have to start the chat over again. My withdraw is still pending and I’m getting impatient. Once I get my withdraw this will be the last time I ever use this app!!!!!
