Control your hearing aids discreetly with the touch of a finger.

The Oticon ON App provides discreet remote control of your hearing aids, letting you adjust the volume of your hearing aids independently, switch between listening programs, keep an eye on your battery level or even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.

The Oticon ON App also enables you to:
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Access specific programs designed to help you move your attention away from your tinnitus - if enabled by your hearing care professional during the fitting session
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters, or devices such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip which can be used both for streaming and as remote microphones
• Fine-tune the sound when watching a movie or streaming audio using the streaming equalizer, for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids except Oticon Opn and Oticon Siya.
• Set personal listening goals and follow your daily hearing aid use through HearingFitness™
• Connect to a wide variety of Internet-connected solutions through the Internet of Things

The Oticon ON App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids. Depending on the hearing aids and the mobile device you are using, you may or may not have access to all features the app offers.

latest version 2.5 with IOS15

My thoughts on the ON app is this, except for the MoreSoundBoost, the very simple equalizer, and the tinnitus adjustments, I can do everything I need to do from the aids, and the connect clip. From what I have seen the remote control is a more simple connect clip without the streaming capability.
Oh okay I forgot the hearing fitness which I glance at each day to see how my battery life is doing.
And as for as the ON app on the watch, it isn’t anything more than a very simple remote control, you can’t adjust the equalizer, or tinnitus or set the MoreSoundBoost. So it isn’t all that great either.

Good - could be great

I really like the app and use it several times daily. Tech Support is fantastic - especially Tishi)!

I too have experienced the random mute/unmute and random volume changes, etc. when both my iPhone and iPad are connected. I frequently switch back and forth between my phone/pad and it’s a PIA to remember to keep turning off Bluetooth each time I switch. Also, it would be really helpful if Oticon would inform users upfront rather than each who experience it have to do back and forth with Tech Support to determine the solution.

I also would like to have the streaming fine tuning capability on my Opn’s.

Recent problems with connection

I’ve used this app for just over two years and within the last two months it keeps dropping the link to my hearing ears and I have to shut down my IPhone and power back on to get the app to work again. What do I need to keep it connect all the time and stop losing the connection?
