This app has been very hit and miss. The thumbprint feature doesn’t work all the time and was causing problem. Bank told me not to use fingerprint option because it acts up. Several times I have tried to transfer money to my son and the app says that it can’t process right now. Then I have to call in and do it over the phone, which takes a while and I’m always in a hurry when the app can’t transfer money

This app is horrible. Bad enough it’s so limited on what u can do like transfer money from one bank to another and other limitations. Screen is so simple and outdated u cannot see transactions past the length of the page and so on and so on. Now for the past 2 weeks I cannot pay my bills since when I try to log in it says I have no WiFi connection but iam connected and all my other apps are fine. This App needs serious updating and fixing immediately. I cannot log in now to pay my bills. Horrible. Ready to close this account all together.
I use the app to deposits checks but

The mobile check deposits worked well for the last few month but this month I can’t seem to get it to work at all. I’d make sure my picture is clear and is aligned with the border but every time the app tells me it cannot recognize the bottom of the check. Now I have to go out of my way to drive to another city just to deposits a check

Since the update I have not been able to log in to the app. I’ve called tech support and gone into the bank for help. Seriously thinking about moving my multiple accounts to another bank. New and improved? NOT
