Find printer? Not a chance

Was having issues with my iPhone printing some photos. Tried this utility to see if it could detect it. I fixed a routing issue which allowed other apps to find my printer. Great I spent $2 and fixed the problem myself and this utility still cannot find a printer on the same network that I have my phone connected to. No routing required. I want my $2!

Tried to use on iPhone 7plus with the just released version of IOS and IT DOES NOT RUN AT ALL. It doesn't go past the initial blue screen.

I wish I had read the other reviews before I purchased this, because it didn’t find a damn thing. I can literally print via AirPrint to my printer and switch to this app WHILE MY PRINT JOB IS PRINTING and it doesn’t detect it. Definitely won’t be purchasing any other apps from this developer.
