I have 3 of these cameras now. Before the latest iOS update the snapshot pictures worked perfectly. Now the video works fine but if you try to view the snapshot pictures from the motion Alarm the app crashes. Please update this software .Do you need help fixing this software ? I build apps . Send me the source - worked fine before updates to iOS

I bought one i configured connevt to wifi and registered i can see my house anywhere study the manual catefully how to install it.V380 camera can rotate 360degrees with remote control in your phone wherever you are with movement detection and you can record all movemebt, alarm and sound. With NIGHT VISION, you can use your memory card for recording, or your phone if you want remore recording of the incident you can do it also. With reason of alarm capture screenshots with microphone to talk to your visitors or buglars. With playback queried and you can download the files everywhere you are with warning alarm sound you can on and off and with 3 types of phone notification message, sound, vibrate . Very secured apps and a lot more. Nice help and FAQ

The functionality of the app is good enough to meet all my specific requirements for the camera and the footage I collect . Also, the app makes you pay like 5 $ to have cloud storage for 30 days but that’s okay because once u pay the initial charge for storage, you get to collect points for every day u open ur app. After 7 consecutive days you get 3 days free storage space. And if u stay on it you’ll never even have to pay for the storage again! U can use a micro sd but it’s faster watching your footage via the cloud

Bought camera off Ebay couple years required this software to use and doesn't want to work with other apps. At first a lot of documentation was in Chinese with some English so was tricky to get working but I figured out how to get it working. I had lots of user name and password validation problems later when trying to use and did not want to put my cell number in their system. I want to use on my home wifi so why do they need my cell number? I just updated app on my old iPad2. I started app and it asked my select region of the world I'm in then just sits there forever not advancing to another screen, no 'next' button to click and no message asking me to wait or telling me it's scanning for a camera or whatever. I deleted the app.
