So glad we found busybusy. This is not a paid ad. We are an association management company and have been using busybusy for more than 2 years. We use busybusy, not only for tracking of time between each of our customers for accurate billing, but also for sub-projects for each customer. This helps us and our customer’s boards create and stick to budgets! I believe they’re working on additional, shift scheduling functionality within the software too!
Fix your need for always on for location

You state on the app that you don't track location when not on the clock but that's a bold face lie! And I can prove it. This app accessed my location all throughout the night when I was sleeping at home and not on the clock. My privacy report on my iPhone shows EVERY SINGLE TIME you access my location! Why be deceptive about it? Did you not think far enough ahead about iPhone privacy reports before bold face lying on your app?This is a huge issue for me and you need to be more transparent on your app. The fact you have responded to previous reviews saying you don't track location when not on the clock, when you know you do, is sickening to me!Like I said I can prove it so don't comment back on this review saying you don't.” It showed me 38 locations I was in throughout the week and most I was not on the clock. When I tried to only when using app it doesn’t allow for me to clock in and have to turn it on always.
Fantastic idea, but needs some work.

Great tool but unreliable. Quite often when clocking in, the timer starts, and appears to be working. But only when I log in from the shop. If I start time or try to switch from job to job, the app opens and says location is disabled and prompts me to open settings and turn on. Yet, it is on. This happens every time I switch tasks from anywhere but the shop. As well it will revert to having not started the timer. So 3-4 hours of my day are not recorded. It makes it very difficult to separate my hours through the day. When at the shop, there is no WiFi, so that cannot be the issue for location. The constant prompting to allow location services is the biggest hassle. I have no choice but to use the app as it is a company requirement, but it does cause a big hassle for payroll department and I cannot accurately log or follow my own time. In order to use this app, I have to keep a pen and paper back up. Kind of negates the point of using the app.
